2. Account Registration and Verification

The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonus credits held within them.

2bd9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your 2bd9 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2bd9 customer support immediately. 2bd9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
• Account registration is free of charge. 2bd9 does not charge any account maintenance fees or inactivity fees. • Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or through the use of a third party's identity. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed and associated funds forfeited.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements. 8. Limitation of Liability

10. Amendments to These Terms
